Every day is designed with intention. Here is what your journey looks like:

Create the Container
You arrive at the retreat center. Check-in is at 1pm. The first group session begins at 2pm. This day is about one thing: safety. We create a space where every man has full permission to be himself — no judgment, no performance. We set the foundations and begin the first contact with your body through movement.

Release What You Have Been Carrying
Wildness, Primal Energy, Freedom
Most men above 30 have years of suppressed energy stored in their body. Stress. Expectations. Anger. Sadness that was never allowed. It lives in the body. And until you release it, it runs you. Through movement and breath you begin releasing what has been stuck. This is where men describe feeling lighter than they have in years.

This is where the deeper layer opens. You learn to feel your emotions fully — without shutting down or losing control. Most men were never taught this. We either suppress everything or it explodes out. There is a third way. On Day 3 you find it. You also begin learning how to move energy upward through your spine.

The Shiva Ceremony
The retreat closes with the Shiva ceremony — a ritual of completion, acknowledging what you have released, what you have found, and who you are leaving as. Check-out is at 12pm. You leave with something most men spend their whole lives looking for: a felt sense of who they truly are.

Sessions run 8:30am to 9:30pm daily (except Day 1 and Day 5). Breaks and free time included for rest, integration, and being in nature.

Each location is chosen intentionally. Rishikesh — the spiritual heartland of India — is our home base. Bali, Mexico, and Nisarga each hold their own unique energy for this work.

The Osho Maikada Center in Rishikesh is a fully contained retreat space. For the duration of your batch, this becomes your home.

Residential stay is required. The depth of what happens here comes from living, eating, and practicing together with the other men.

Kuldeep spent 15 years as a VP of IT Delivery in a large MNC — successful by every external measure. Inside, something felt hollow.

In 2009, he began a quiet search across traditions. Today he is a certified clinical counsellor and International Yoga and Tantra coach.

Kuldeep spent 15 years as a VP of IT Delivery in a large MNC. By every external measure: successful. Stable income. Good career. Respected at work. Inside: something felt hollow. He could not name it. But he could feel it.

In 2009, he began a quiet search. Learning from different teachers across traditions — Yoga, Sufism, Buddhism, Taoism, Tantra. Eventually, he left his corporate career entirely and followed what was calling him.

Today Kuldeep is a certified clinical counsellor, an International Yoga and Tantra coach, certified through the Tantra-Essence lineage of Ma Ananda Sarita. He has coached hundreds of men across India and internationally in their journey back to themselves.

Shivoham is the retreat he wishes had existed when he needed it most.

Do I need any experience with yoga, meditation or Tantra?+
None. Zero. We start exactly where you are. All that is required is an open mind and a genuine desire to grow.
What exactly is Tantra? Is this sexual?+
Tantra is an ancient system of practices — not a religion, not a sex workshop. It works with the whole man: body, energy, emotions, mind, and spirit. Yes, sexuality is part of what we explore because it is a core part of being a man. But this is approached with complete professionalism, full boundaries, and deep respect. Nothing explicit or inappropriate.
I have a demanding job. Can I really switch off for 5 days?+
That is exactly why you need this. The men who get the most out of Shivoham are the ones who show up fully — no laptop, no calls. Five days. You have earned this.
Do I have to stay at the retreat center?+
Strongly recommended. The residential experience is a core part of what makes Shivoham work — living, eating, and practicing together with the other men. An outside stay option is available but you will miss a significant part of the journey.
What is the investment?+
Investment is discussed personally after your application is reviewed. Different accommodation options are available at different price points. Men who have attended say it is one of the highest-return investments they have ever made in themselves.
Which location and level is right for me?+
In the beginning participants can do either L1- or L2 . Out of 4 levels the first two are mandatory to go to L3 and L4
What happens after the retreat ends?+
You receive two personal 90-minute coaching calls with Kuldeep to help you integrate what you experienced. You also become part of an alumni brotherhood group with the men from your batch.
What is the investment for Shivoham?+
The investment ranges from ₹33,000 to ₹77,000 + GST, depending on the retreat location, level, and accommodation option you choose. Exact pricing for your selected batch is shared personally after your application is reviewed.
Is my application guaranteed to be accepted?+
No. And that is intentional. We review every application personally and have a short call before confirming your seat. This ensures the right fit — for you and for the group.
